	The DPP-FP50 features PictBridge™ compatibility, allowing you to connect your PictBridge™ enabled digital camera using a simple USB cable! You don’t even have to use your computer. Select the pictures you want from the LCD on your digital camera and send them directly to your printer.

The compact DPP-FP50 is simple enough for anyone in the family to print their favourite photos with just three easy steps.

Connect your digital camera to your printer using a USB cable, or insert the Memory Stick® or CompactFlash® directly into the printer and connect the printer.

Select the picture you want to print.

Print! It’s just that simple. In just 67 seconds* you can have your 4 x 6 digital photo print in the palm of your hand.

For added functionality, the DPP-FP50 can be connected to your PC for easy image preview and editing using the USB connection and the supplied Sony Software.


The DPP-FP50 is compatible with Memory Stick®, Memory Stick PRO™ media, Compact Flash® and other popular flash media (using compact flash adapter).


	With the supplied wireless remote, you can easily control the slide-show playback of your pictures from the printer on the television. Printing is easy too. Make prints directly from slide-show playback with the remote control.


	The DPP-FP50 photo printer uses dye-sublimation printing technology, which offers continuous tones as dots are laid on the paper. Giving you a higher quality picture result with 256 gradations per pixel, over the traditional 4 to 6 colours per pixel, inkjet printer. This technology creates a cleaner effect that you normally see only in a photo lab!


	Super Coat 2 is available on many of our different printing paper types. It's is a clear lamination that seals the dye to the print and insulates it from the outside environment ensuring that you are protecting your pictures from yellowing or unwanted fading over time. Super Coat 2 lamination protects your digital prints for up to 100 years, letting you share and relive your moments even longer.
